No Fear in Death

Almost all people have a fear of death to some extent. So how can we deal with the fear of something as inevitable and unavoidable as death? Our fear of death can only be erased by trusting that the power of death has been destroyed. So, into our fears steps Jesus, who, as we'll see in today's sermon, holds complete power over death!

If you're feeling like sharing God's Word with people isn't worth it, or that it's a waste of your time, don't give up! Because although we can't change people, God can!

A growing number of people never attend worship services at all. Why is that? Many people assume worship is something they have to do for God, one more task they need to check off the to-do list. And in a world where we're constantly pursuing rest, doing more work doesn't sound overly attractive. And yet, when we see God's command to worship, we're reminded that he doesn't want us to do something for him in worship. He wants to do something for us! Not to work, but to rest! To rest, and remember!
