Victory Lutheran Church and Preschool

Gary Fisher has been a member of Victory Lutheran Church for over five years.  He is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles.  He has served in management roles with the Federal Government and for several national banks.  Gary is a community activist who is past President of the Rotary Club of Arlington.  He feels so blessed to be a part of the Victory family.
